I found this beautiful carrot recipe on
@veganspanama page and had to try it immediately. These will most definitely be making an appearance on Christmas Day as they were utterly delicious. The carrots are coated in @belazu_ingredients rose Harissa, maple syrup, garlic and (I used) clementine juice, Roasted for roughly 20-25 minutes and then sprinkled with toasted almonds and cranberries. I used dried and soaked them in clementine juice to plump them up a little. This is honestly a side dish worth trying.
