Hopefully the sun will poke its head out again today, so I thought it would be fun to share a little drink with you. It’s no secret that I love a glass of ice cold Provence Rosé, but it is also absolutely delicious made into this gorgeous spritzer. If you can’t find elderflower liqueur then use elderflower cordial. It won’t have quite the same kick, but it will make a beautiful day time drink. Happy Friday!

1 part Rosé @mirabeauwine
1 part fizzy water
Dash of elderflower liqueur or elderflower cordial
Ice
Sprig of rosemary to serve
