Watermelon Daiquiri

Summer’s back !!!

Right now I’m dreaming of summer holidays and nothing screams summer like a blended cocktail. These watermelon daiquiri’s are lovely and ridiculously easy to make. I normally make two batches, one with rum or tequila (although that’s technically a margarita) and another without the booze for the kids and drivers. INGREDIENTS

1/2 small watermelon

Juice of 2 limes

4-5 large shots of Caribbean rum

Ice

METHOD

Whizz in a blender until smooth. Pour over ice.
