I didn’t know what all the fuss was about until I tried this beauties. Now I’m totally hooked so do give them a go! I make mine in a Nutribullet as it works brilliantly...... I’m not sure if that’s what NutriBullet's were meant to be used for, but a friend of mine was thrilled to find out it now had a very good use!⠀ ⠀ Serves 2
INGREDIENTS 200g watermelon ⠀ 2 shots tequila ⠀ Juice of 1 lime⠀ 1-2 teaspoons sugar ⠀ 4 ice cubes ⠀ ⠀ Salt⠀ Lime⠀ Ice to serve
⠀ METHOD
⠀ Blitz all of the ingredients in a Nutri bullet or blender. ⠀ Dip your glass in a little lime juice then dip into salt. Pour and serve!⠀ ⠀
