Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry sauce. This is really easy and can be made days ahead. So much nicer than shop bought.

INGREDIENTS

300g fresh cranberries ⠀

4 dessert spoons caster sugar⠀

Juice 2 clementines

METHOD

Add all of the ingredients to a pan and cover. Let the liquid start to bubble and dissolve the sugar. As the cranberries begin to burst remove the lid stir and simmer gently for 5 mins. ⠀

Cool and serve. This can be made up to a week in advance.⠀
