Easter Bark



Simple, pretty and utterly delicious! This lovely bark is so easy to make and would make and is also a lovely way to use up leftover Easter chocolate. I used dark chocolate but you can use whatever you like.

INGREDIENTS

360g dark chocolate

160g mini eggs

40g mini caramel eggs

1 handful hazel nuts

1 handful mini marshmallows

METHOD

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Pour onto parchment paper on a plate.

Scatter over the toppings. Place in the fridge to set.
