Happy Mother’s Day to all the Lovely Mum’s out there! I don’t know about you, but cooking a full English in the morning can really get me in a flap. It uses a million trays and frying pans and then there is this last minute panic where you try and keep it all warm whilst frying God knows how many eggs! Why on earth had I not thought of doing this one-Tray fry up before now?! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 roll of black pudding - cut into slices
250g streaky bacon
4-6 eggs ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Add the sausages to a large roasting tin and cook for 15 minutes. Add the black pudding and bacon and cook for another 15 minutes. Carefully crack in the eggs spreading them out evenly. Add tomatoes and roast for another 8-10 minutes.
