Glazed Salmon With Avocado & Mango Salsa

This delightful, summer, salmon recipe can be made in only 15 minutes! Salmon is rich in omega 3, a great source of protein, high in vitamin B and loaded with Selenium. ⠀ I sourced the salmon from Sankey’s Fishmongers in Tonbridge @sankeysrtw Serves - 2⠀ 2 Salmon fillets ⠀ Glaze ingredients ⠀ 1 teaspoon honey ⠀ Juice 1/2 lime⠀ Salt & Pepper ⠀ Salsa ingredients ⠀ 1 avocado finely chopped ⠀ 3 spring onions finely chopped ⠀ 100g mango finely chopped ⠀ 1 red chilli finely chopped ⠀ Juice 1/2 lime⠀ Salt & Pepper⠀ Drizzle the salmon with the glaze ingredients and roast at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.⠀ Chop all of the salsa ingredients as suggested and mix. Squeeze in the lime juice and season. ⠀ Serve with rice noodles.⠀
