Prawn & Burrata Platter

Even I will admit that it’s way to hot for cooking, so here is my suggestion today. Open the fridge and put things on a plate! All I have done here is dressed tomatoes, spinach and avocado in good quality olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Aleppo pepper and salt. I squeezed lemon, olive oil and sprinkled fresh dill over the prawns. I tore open a gorgeous burrata, drizzled it with olive oil and a good crack of pepper. Oh and I had made the ranch dressing for @hunterandgather ‘s website the day before and it was crying out to be used with the prawns! Some how putting everything on a sharing platter makes it all much more appealing. What are you eating today?
