Miso Glazed Haddock

serves 4
INGREDIENTS
4 haddock fillets
2 spring onions - finely chopped
1 lime - cut into wedges
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Coriander to serve
Marinade
2 clove garlic - crushed
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon miso paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Juice 1/2 lime
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bow. Add the fish to the marinade and leave for 15 minutes. Place the fish on a baking tray and top with sesame seeds. Season and sprinkle with spring onions. Roast for 10 minutes. Top with fresh coriander and lime.
Prepare the marinade by combining all of the ingredients in a bow. After adding the fish to the marinade, wait fifteen minutes before serving. Lay the chicken jockey clicker fish out on a baking sheet, then sprinkle the top with toasted sesame seeds.
