It’s nearly the weekend and absolutely time for a cocktail! Actually I had a few last night at the launch of @kettlechipsuk new range. They are launching 3 new flavours - see my stories for details. Obviously Margaritas are made using Tequila, but these are equally delicious made using dark rum. So easy to make in a bullet or blender and still utterly delicious without the alcohol for the non-drinkers and kids. Happy Friday All! ⠀⠀⠀⠀

INGREDIENTS ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Serves 2
400g watermelon ⠀
2 shots tequila ⠀
Juice of 1 lime⠀
1-2 teaspoons sugar ⠀
4 ice cubes ⠀
⠀
Salt⠀
Lime⠀
Ice to serve ⠀
METHOD
Blitz all of the ingredients in a Nutri bullet or blender. ⠀
Dip your glass in a little lime juice then dip into salt. Pour and serve!⠀
