Asian Baked Salmon

Need a meal that’s going to impress, but short on time? Then this is the recipe for you this Bank Holiday weekend. Ready in under 30 minutes, healthy and absolutely delicious. I loved serving this whole side of salmon, placing it in the centre of the table and watching everyone get stuck in. Served here with a pickled cucumber salad and jasmine rice.
