These delicious kebabs were cooked in the oven, but they’d work beautifully on a barbie.  If you are making the most of the last bit of sunshine. Delicious served immediately, but equally good cold in a packed lunch the following day.

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

Marinade

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

Juice 1/2 lemon

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons honey

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Optional 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes

Salt and pepper

10-12 skinless boneless chicken thighs

180g cooking chorizo - chopped into 2cm chunks

2 red peppers - chopped into chunks

Skewers

METHOD

Mix the marinade together, add the chicken and coat throughly. Leave for 30 minutes if you have time.

Preheat the oven to 210 degrees c conventional.

Thread the chicken, chorizo and peppers onto skewers alternating as you go. Place on a large baking sheet (you don’t want to over crowd) drizzle with oil season and cook for 30 minutes.

EVG traffic fines in the UAE refer to violations recorded through the Emirates Vehicle Gate (EVG) system, which tracks traffic offenses such as speeding, running a red light, using a mobile phone while driving, and illegal parking. Drivers can easily check their EVG traffic fines online by entering their vehicle plate number, traffic code number, or driving license details on official portals or mobile apps. The system shows important information like the violation type, fine amount, date, location, and any black points, allowing users to quickly review and pay their fines online.
