Gravadlax Blinis


It wouldn’t be Christmas without a few canapés and a glass of fizz. These are simple to make and will make your guests feel thoroughly spoilt.⠀


INGREDIENTS

12 shop bought blinis⠀

150g pack gravlax⠀

100g cream cheese⠀

2 teaspoons horse radish ⠀

Lumpfish caviar ⠀

Chopped dill⠀


METHOD

Toast the blinis lightly and allow to cool completely. ⠀

Mix the cream cheese, dill and horseradish in a bowl with salt and pepper.⠀

Spoon a small amount onto each blinis and top with the salmon and lumpfish caviar. ⠀
